DKR is proud to announce the signing of a Letter of Intent to build
the LGBT Concept Lounge, Roi 1610. Roi which means King in French
and 1610 being the year that Louis XIII ascended to the Throne of
the King of France will bring a new level of sophistication to the Las
Vegas Strip in this sophistication starved demographic. Las Vegas
long filled with dive bars and such can’t wait to be able to welcome
the next chapter in entertainment. Billed as a LGBT Friendly, European
Style Bar, we are working on and have agreed to terms for our lounge
on the Las Vegas Strip, strategically located at one of the World
Famous Hotels.. Others say they are on the strip but
this modern yet classic lounge will bring the guest back to the times of
decadence and luxury that only the French know how to pull off. Roi
was a concept bar developed over 3 years ago that has finally found the
right casino operation to have the courage to bring the “Gay” Demographic
to the “Strip”. DKR is the developer and the General Partner of Roi 1610,
LLC a Nevada Limited Liability Corporation.
Infusion Lounge Universal CityWalk
DKR is proud to be the General Partner of Infusion Lounge Universal
CityWalk. ILUC open in late 2011 and roared into the nightlife scene
in LA over the new year. Each month that goes by ILUC continues
to increase revenue and solidify its place in the scene.
C-Two Group
On January 1, 2011 Christopher Rosas has retired from any active
position at C-Two Group although he remains a major shareholder.
Chris resigned as CEO in April of 2011 and has been winding down his
activities from the company that he formed and name after his mother
Catherine Cecilia Rosas (1942 – 2004). Chris is excited to have been
name CMO of the Infusion Lounge Licensing Corporation and is charged
with the Marketing of the Global Brand Hotel Fusion and Infusion Lounge.
He will for sure remain busy as a Partner of DKR and CMO of ILLC so look
for 2012 to be an exciting year for these brands.
Hotel Fusion
DKR Partners is proud to have been chosen as the Developer of the
latest remodel of Hotel Fusion in San Francisco. Working with famed
designer Kinney Chan DKR is going to be taking Chan’s concepts to
reality. DKR is excited to be chosen as the developer for this project
and it intends to use this platform as a launch for the development
of other Hotel Fusion’s in the US. Already DKR is in discussions for a
Hotel Fusion in Los Angeles and Las Vegas. Look for the San Francisco
Development to be complete by the end of 2012.
Infusion Lounge Licensing Corporation
DKR is proud to announce that they have been chosen by the Infusion
Lounge Licensing Corporation to be the developer of 4 future Infusion
Lounge and Hotel Fusion’s outside of the Bay Area. This is an exciting
prospect as the Infusion Lounge and Hotel Fusion brands are well positioned
to take the country by storm, with its unique theme and timely business
plan DKR is ready to add more locations over the next 2 – 5 years.

Fallen
DKR Partners is proud to be in negotiations with Tamaras Group of Las Vegas
to partner in a new concept bar called Fallen. Fallen will be designed by
DKR and operated/Managed by C-Two Entertainment which does the same for
Infusion Lounge San Francisco. Fallen will have a Mission/Tuscan look and
the décor will tell the story of angels, who sometimes can lose their way
to become a part of, the Fallen.

cTwo Hotels
DKR is proud to be associated with C-Two Group and C-Two Hotels. Over the
past 2 years DKR has been the primary designer for C-Two in terms of
remodeling projects and the designer for furniture in C-Two Properties.
Currently, DKR has plans in the works for C-Two’s Hotel Stratford in a 3
year project that will see a complete facelift for the 102 year old Powell
Institution. DKR is now looking at designing the Hotel Fusion San Francisco
remodel in 2013 and the Hotel Fusion LAX in 2011. visit site
